Project: vector illustration - Quirky Owl for: Quality Paperback Book club® web site leading banner synopsis: Direct Brands has been redesigning the web sites for all of their book clubs. Marketing felt that the graphics on the home page banner weren’t appropriate for Quality Paperback Bookclub®. I was asked to come up with more “quirky images.” After brainstorming several ideas we narrowed it down to an owl reading a book. I then started with a simple drawing of an owl that was gradually transformed into a retrofitted owl-man.

Project: illustrations for web site, splash page for: Max & Gino boutique store role: digital - vector drawing preview: female character, Max & Gino boutique store, manequins for splash page. synopsis: After drawing the scenery and the key frames I took the vector drawings into Flash where I prepared the splash page based on the storyboard provided by the client. The colorful animation was aimed at Max & Gino's "hip and trendy" clientèle.
